Rates and payment
- Classified advertising must be paid in advance at the rate of $3.50 per word.
- Count initials, numbers, phone numbers, addresses, city, state and ZIP code as one word each.
- Ads may run for more than one month. Multiply the cost of the ad by the number of months the ad will run and include that amount with your initial payment.
- Please make your check payable to Model Aviation.
Submission
- Mail your check and a typewritten copy of your ad to:

- Mailboxes and/or ads received without the proper payment amount will be discarded.
Deadlines and placement
- Ads and payment MUST be received by the 15th of the month preceding the issue date (for example, April 15 for the July issue).
- Ads will be printed on a first-come, first-served basis, as space permits.
Policies
- Responsibility for content rests with the advertiser.
- Model Aviation retains the right to reject unsuitable advertising.
- The Academy of Model Aeronautics does not endorse products advertised.
- No tear sheets will be sent.
