Smilin' Jack

Alfred Lehmberg, author of last month's "Smilin' Jack" article, sent us more "Smilin' Jack" strips than we had room for. We hope you'll enjoy these further examples of Jack's daring exploits in the sky.

In some of his adventures, Smilin' Jack was Hammerhead Jack, head of Jungle Oil. This episode was based on actual fact. It's also the strip that introduced Cindy, the Incendiary Blonde. The cartoonist had settled on a mature version of Jack's face by this time.
